MANFORD MACHINERY will present its latest achievements in smart manufacturing at the 2026 TMTS—Taiwan International Machine Tool Show. The company’s exhibition highlights digital transformation, green transition, and intelligent function integration, leveraging AI, automation, and energy-management technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improve machining accuracy—advancing the industry toward intelligent and sustainable production.
In terms of digitalization, MANFORD MACHINERY has implemented multiple AI models and sensor technologies to improve equipment accuracy and reliability. The Spatio-Temporal Accuracy Compensation Module utilizes seven temperature sensors to detect both environmental and machine temperatures, while three AI models calculate real-time optimal compensation values, significantly reducing thermal deformation errors and improving dimensional stability and yield rates. Meanwhile, the Spindle and Rotary Table Sensing Module continuously monitors machine-operation data, enabling fault diagnostics, health evaluation, and lifetime prediction to support preventive maintenance and reduce unexpected downtime and repair costs.
MANFORD MACHINERY is also advancing energy-saving solutions and ESG applications. Its Smart Power Monitoring System provides real-time feedback on power consumption, voltage, and current, helping companies perform energy analysis, carbon-emission tracking, and activate energy-saving modes. The newly developed Intelligent Tool-Wear Monitoring Module applies AI to analyze tool-wear patterns and predict tool life in advance, reducing scrap and workpiece loss while improving material utilization and process efficiency. Combined with ECO operation mode and a variable-frequency spindle-cooling design, the system effectively reduces electricity usage, extends equipment service life, and enhances machining stability.
MANFORD MACHINERY notes that the competitiveness of machine tools
has evolved beyond precision and speed—entering an era defined by AI
capabilities, energy efficiency, and predictive maintenance. The company’s TMTS
2026 exhibition will showcase a comprehensive technology solution spanning
accuracy compensation, equipment monitoring, and energy management, helping
manufacturers accelerate the transition to high-efficiency, automated, and
low-carbon production models.
