Ecode Service for eVisa Application

To facilitate your visit to TMTS 2026, the organizer provides a service to apply for the "Ecode" on your behalf. With the Ecode, you can apply for an eVisa online without a Letter of Guarantee, bypassing the need to visit overseas missions.

STEP 1

Pre-registration

Before applying for the E-code, please ensure you have completed the pre-registration on our official website or via the TMTS APP to obtain your Visitor Pass.

Note: We cannot process your Ecode application if you have not pre-registered.

STEP 2

Submit Ecode Application Online

Please click the link below to complete the application form and upload the required documents (Passport copy, Employment Certificate, Proof of Flight Ticket, etc.).

Application Deadline: January 28, 2026

STEP 3

Apply for eVisa Online

Once approved, the organizer will email you the Ecode and the Invitation Letter. Please complete the following steps at least 7 working days before your arrival in Taiwan:

  1. Go to the Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA) website.
  2. Select "eVisa Applications" and fill in your information.
  3. Enter your Ecode and pay the visa fee online via credit card.
Important: In the "Purpose of Visiting Taiwan" field, please select "Participating in an exhibition".
STEP 4

Entry and Inspection

After approval, you will receive an email with a link to print your eVisa. Please present the following documents when checking in for your flight and at immigration:

  • Printed Copy of eVisa
  • Official English Invitation Letter provided by the organizer

Important Notes

Data Consistency:

The applicant’s name on the eVisa application must exactly match the passport information. If there is a discrepancy, the fee cannot be refunded, and a new application must be submitted and paid for again.

Validity:

Please pay attention to the expiry date of the Ecode. It will become invalid after the deadline.
