Southbound

• Highway No. 1: Exit 174 - Daya Interchange → Turn right onto Zhongqing Road Section 2/Taiwan Provincial Highway 1B → Turn right onto Liming Road Section 3 → TICEC will be on your left.
• Provincial Highway 74: Exit 13-Beitun Interchange → Turn left onto Huanzhong Road Sec. 2 → Turn left onto Guangfu Road → Liming Road Sec. 3 → TICEC will be on your right.

Northbound

• Highway No. 1: Exit 178-Taichung Interchange → Turn right onto Huanzhong Road Sec. 3 → Turn Left → Merge onto Provincial Highway 74 → Exit 13-Beitun Interchange → Turn right onto Kaixuan Road → Turn left onto Liming Road Sec. 3, TICEC will be on your right.
• Provincial Highway 74: Exit 13-Beitun Interchange → Turn right onto Kaixuan Road → Turn left onto Liming Road Sec. 3, TICEC will be on your right.

Parking Information

TICEC Parking

• Parking Area: Located on B1 and B2 levels of the Exhibition Hall, offering 699 parking spaces for cars and 712 parking spaces for motorcycles.
• Opening hours: Daily from 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

• Parking Rates

  Cars

  During exhibition period (Including the final move-in day): NT$ 40 per hour, no daily maximum.
  Non-exhibition period: NT$ 30 per hour, maximum charge of NT$ 180 per day.

  Motorcycles

  During exhibition period (Including the final move-in day): NT$ 30 per entry.
  Non-exhibition period: NT$ 20 per entry.

  Large Vehicles (3 tons or above)

  During exhibition period: NT$ 70 per hour, no daily maximum.
  Move-in/Move-out period: NT$ 150 per entry.

• Notice:

  1. Entry and exit are managed through license plate recognition. Please pay through the online payment system or the payment machines before leaving.
  2. Overnight parking incurs an additional charge of NT$ 300 for vehicles remaining after 10:00 P.M.
  3. Vehicle height limit
     Liming Rd Gateway: Height limit of 2.1 meters
     Qiaoda Rd Gateway: Height limit of 4 meters

North Car Park of Taichung Central Park

• Provides parking for 401 cars and 427 motorcycles.
  800 meters away from TICEC, which is about a 10-minute walk.

Shuinan Transit Center

• Provides parking for 614 cars and 1,253 motorcycles.
  600 meters away from TICEC, which is about a 8-minute walk. (Expected to be completed and operational in 2026).
