Hartford Industrial showcased its latest
achievements in smart manufacturing and automation at the 2026 TMTS Taiwan
International Machine Tool Show, with the core themes of ESG carbon
reduction and sustainable operation, GX green transformation, DX digital
transformation, and reducing manpower requirements (efficiency / high speed /
high accuracy).
The exhibited models covered a wide range of processing needs, including high-speed machining, mold applications, and drilling/tapping operations, highlighting Hartford’s commitment not only to equipment provision but also to delivering validated, high-performance machining solutions.
The HSM-560 high-speed machining center, equipped with a B30K spindle, offers outstanding performance for micro-hole machining. Combined with a high-rigidity structure and FEM finite element analysis design, it is widely applicable to aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, and medical fields, showcasing the powerful ability to deliver both high-speed machining and high-precision surface quality.
The newly designed MVP-10 vertical machining center for mold applications features a programmable nozzle, hollow screw cooling, and a B15K high-speed spindle, fully demonstrating advantages in high-speed feed and surface quality in mold machining. With μ-level processing technology, positioning accuracy is controlled within 8μm. The oil-lubricated structure and integrated body design not only enhance overall precision but also respond to sustainable green transformation demands.
The SMC-7 drilling and tapping center, dedicated to the 3C industry, is designed to significantly improve light cutting and high-speed machining quality, particularly in drilling and tapping operations. It is also equipped with the Hartrol Premium control system, demonstrating AI-powered tool breakage detection and chip removal functions, illustrating how intelligent technology reduces labor dependency and downtime risk. The combination of high speed, high acceleration (1.4/1.4/1.2G) and a large-span linear guide structure further improves overall production line efficiency.
Hartford continues to focus its research and
development on “Faster, More Accurate, Greener, Smarter.” In the future,
the company will introduce more product solutions integrating sustainability
with smart manufacturing and sincerely invites all industries to visit its TMTS
booth to witness the new evolution of smart manufacturing.
