The machine features a bearing-type wheel spindle and a variable frequency energy-saving motor to enhance grinding efficiency and reduce overall power consumption, with a standby mode to further minimize energy waste. The machine can optionally be equipped with a gap control system to reduce time spent in idle strokes or an automatic gauging device to prevent material defects.
