Integrated Tool Magazines: Both spindles feature dedicated tool magazines, with a measurement device located on the left side for rapid wheel changes and precise calibration.
Versatile Grinding: Capable of multi-zone grinding. When paired with specialized software, the machine can easily handle complex, non-circular (irregularly shaped) workpieces.
3. High-Precision Positioning
In addition to the Z1/Z2 axes and the hydrostatic rotary table, the X1, X2, and Y1 axes are equipped with optical scales. This full closed-loop feedback system ensures superior positioning and repeatability for both internal and external diameter grinding.
4. User-Friendly Control System
The machine utilizes a SYNTEC CNC controller. It features conversational programming, making the machine easy to operate, highly reliable, and quick to set up even for complex tasks.
