The D2 Compact Automation Solution is a modular and mobile product. It can be integrated with any lathe or milling machine that requires automation. The system features a drawer-style storage design for holding various workpieces. The inner shelves of each drawer support the storage of diverse types of workpieces, and with customized positioning designs, the system can be flexibly used in conjunction with robotic arms and operators.
The D2 Compact Automation Solution offers the advantage of continuous, non-stop operation. Operators can perform loading and unloading tasks on the opposite side of the robotic arm without interrupting the automated machining process, while also ensuring operator safety.

It adopts a cart-based, multi-tier pallet storage design for holding various types of workpieces. The shelves support highly diverse workpiece storage; with customized locating fixtures, the system can be flexibly operated by robotic arms and human operators.
The V9 Compact Automation Solution offers the advantage of extremely short downtime. Operators can perform loading and unloading while the cart is positioned outside the machine, without interrupting ongoing automated machining, while also ensuring operator safety.
The cart is designed with multiple shelves and provides high storage capacity, making it suitable for long-duration, uninterrupted production.
With non-stop replenishment capability, continuous production is achieved. The cart offers large workpiece storage capacity, extending machining runtime, and each cart can be transferred independently.
