【Success Case: Showroom-to-Factory Integration】Creating an Immersive Experience with "Showroom-to-Factory" experience: PROTH's Successful Practice at TMTS

In this edition of TMTS (Taiwan International Machine Tool Show), with "“Showroom-to-Factory” experience" as the core strategy, PROTH successfully integrated exhibition displays with factory visits, creating a more in-depth customer experience. By linking the exhibition floor with the manufacturing site, we allowed customers to move beyond simply "viewing products" to "understanding manufacturing," effectively enhancing the quality of interaction and the foundation of trust.

During the exhibition, PROTH showcased the PSGC-50100E Rotary Surface Grinding Machine with Milling Capability at the booth. Through professional on-site explanations and dynamic demonstrations, the company attracted potential customers from various countries for exchange. The value of high-precision grinding machines is often difficult to fully present through static displays. Therefore, we took advantage of the geographical proximity—less than a 20-minute drive between the Taichung exhibition hall and the Taichung Industrial Park—to proactively arrange factory visits for customers, extending communication from product specifications to practical applications and manufacturing strength.

Notably, a distributor from India inquired about double-column grinding machines during the show, showing high cooperative potential. We immediately arranged for the customer to visit the factory to see the large-scale PSGP-1530AHR Double-Column Surface Grinding Machine. Through on-site machine demonstrations and professional explanations, the customer could directly observe the equipment structure, processing capabilities, and operational status, significantly increasing their understanding and trust in the product. Compared to exhibition hall explanations, this immediate and concrete experience effectively deepened the connection with the customer and laid the groundwork for future cooperation.

At the factory, from machine assembly and key component processing to precision testing, every process demonstrates PROTH’s commitment to quality. This "back-factory" extension enables customers to not only understand product performance but also see the manufacturing prowess and technical depth behind it.

The concept of "“Showroom-to-Factory” experience" successfully breaks the boundaries between the exhibition and the factory. The exhibition hall serves as the contact window, while the factory becomes the most persuasive display platform. The two complement each other, not only extending customer interaction time but also effectively increasing the opportunities for converting inquiries into orders. This model ensures that every exhibition is not just a product display, but an important opportunity to build trust and create value.
