At the upcoming TMTS Taiwan International Machine Tool Show this March, Force One Machinery will present its latest advancements under the theme “Continuously Advancing Intelligent CNC Automation.” As one of Asia’s most influential machine tool exhibitions, TMTS gathers global industry leaders and cutting-edge technologies, providing the ideal platform to showcase next-generation solutions.
The highlight machine at the exhibition will be a high-precision twin-spindle Y-axis CNC lathe, engineered with a rigid structural design and advanced multi-tasking capabilities to significantly enhance machining efficiency and dimensional stability. In response to today’s high-mix, low-volume manufacturing demands, Force One will also introduce its newly patented SCARA robotic auto-loading system and a compact servo automatic door system, delivering a fully integrated intelligent machining cell solution.
The automation system is designed as a modular and independent unit, allowing easy relocation and integration with other machines for loading and unloading operations. This greatly improves production flexibility and machine utilization. The system can further integrate off-machine measurement devices, enabling automatic compensation and intelligent monitoring through real-time data feedback to ensure consistent machining quality. Its linear-transfer mechanism adopts a simplified structural concept to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining excellent serviceability and cost-effectiveness.
In addition, due to the close proximity between the exhibition venue and Force One’s factory, a special Open House event will be held simultaneously. At the factory showroom, visitors will have the opportunity to see the B-axis ATC Turn-Mill Machining Center in operation. This series features a high-precision, high-rigidity roller cam B-axis combined with a powerful built-in turn-mill spindle, delivering outstanding performance in heavy-duty and high-rigidity machining applications.
The same platform also offers a turning-focused version, retaining the ATC and tool magazine structure while eliminating unnecessary milling-related rotation mechanisms and built-in motor systems. This configuration allows customers who primarily focus on turning operations to benefit from automatic tool change convenience, while significantly reducing structural complexity, investment cost, and long-term maintenance expenses.
Force
One Machinery remains committed to advancing multi-axis CNC technology and
intelligent automation integration, helping customers enhance productivity,
flexibility, and competitiveness in an increasingly demanding global market.
Industry professionals and partners are warmly invited to visit both the TMTS
exhibition booth and the factory Open House to witness the next generation of
intelligent CNC solutions.
