Taiwan’s machining industry stands at a critical crossroads of AI-driven transformation. In response to global supply chain restructuring and digitalization, GSTC Technology—a long-standing leader in precision machinery—announced today that it will participate in TMTS 2026 under the theme: "High-Precision, Ultra-Stable, and Modular Solutions for AI Smart Manufacturing."
The exhibition aims to help factories solve complex problems through simplified methods, leveraging digitalization and automation to leapfrog productivity. The centerpiece of the booth is the Taiwan debut of the "MARI" Automated Vision Grinding Machine, a global sensation that swept the 2025 EMO Gold Award and AARS honors. Featuring AI vision auto-compensation technology, the MARI precisely adjusts for wheel wear and workpiece variations, maintaining exceptional yields even in labor-short environments.
GSTC Technology will also showcase top-tier German and Swiss technologies. SwissChuck fully sealed chucks achieve U-class precision, ideal for grinding and heavy cutting while significantly lowering maintenance costs. HWR compensating clamping systems ensure stability for irregular workpieces, eliminating variables at the source. In terms of tooling, Applitec specializes in Swiss-type machining with patented serrated designs for tool stability and ultra-fine micro-grain carbide tools for superior cutting. REV focuses on broaching and customized profile machining, utilizing driven tool holder systems to complete complex processes on a CNC lathe in a single setup, drastically shortening production time. Furthermore, ECOROLL burnishing solutions can reduce surface roughness $Ra$ to below $0.2\mu m$, replacing secondary grinding and effectively cutting costs.
GSTC Technology emphasizes that high-quality modular
tooling is the "last mile" of successful smart manufacturing. The
booth will feature several dynamic demonstrations to let professionals
experience the power of high-efficiency machining firsthand. We cordially
invite you to visit the Swiss Pavilion at Booth G1012 from March 24-28, 2026,
to move toward the high-value era of digital manufacturing together.
