MYLAS MTY51/65 is a CNC turn-mill center specifically designed for high-volume precision machining. Featuring a three-channel design with dual turrets and dual Y-axis structure, it significantly boosts machining efficiency while reducing energy consumption. Equipped with two BMT55 power turrets with 16 tool positions, it delivers up to 6000 RPM and 5.5 kW of power, enabling simultaneous execution of three machining processes, achieving several times the productivity of conventional equipment.

Its modular design allows customers to select different configurations according to their machining requirements, such as the combination of tailstock and sub-spindle, which supports efficient machining of long workpieces. The innovative box guideway design not only ensures stability in machining hard materials but also reduces machining time by more than 50%. In addition, with synchronized C-axis and independent sub-spindle operation, the machine enables precise machining of complex part profiles, making it particularly suitable for high-end applications in the aerospace, automotive, and precision electronics industries.
