Established in
1977, DI CHUN has been in operation for 50 years. During this period, with the
market trends and outstanding research and development capabilities, DI CHUN’s
chuck and hydraulic cylinder products have been shipped and used by their
customers from different continents worldwide. This year, DI CHUN presents
itself with a new look at the 2024 TMTS, with their exhibition booth embracing
the concept of the movie “Barbie”, which always present themselves with an active
attitude and aim for solutions to break through obstacles.
In recent years,
amidst the wave of the low-carbon revolution, DI CHUN has been actively promoting
smart manufacturing and green transformation from their wide variety products
series. Particularly, DI CHUN’s new product MB2091 was awarded the Golden
Energy Saving Label in the machine tool industry this year. This newly
developed through-hole rotary hydraulic cylinder features "lighter,
thinner, and easy installation". With its compact size and front and rear
locking installation design, it not only saves space inside the machine but
also facilitates easier installation. Compared to the previous M-series
products, this product has reduced its length by 30%, which offers a more
stable performance during high-speed rotation, and reduced weight by over 10
kilograms also significantly decreases spindle load, which helps achieve
environmental protection and energy-saving benefits through less electricity
are required.
In addition, DI
CHUN obtained ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2021,
focusing on reducing environmental negative impacts and continuous improvement
in the acquisition, design, manufacturing, and usage of raw materials. This is
in line with our goal to enhance environmental performance and implement green
environmental protection. In October 2023, DI CHUN passed the third-party
verification by AFNOR ASIA and obtained the ISO14064 verification certificate.
Currently, they are fully engaged in tracking their products’ carbon footprint
and working on fulfilling their company’s operation with ESG (Environmental,
Social, and Governance) responsibility.
