A.       Ambient temperature affects machining accuracy.
Introducing the thermal displacement correction technology for double column machine tool tips to maintain stable machining quality for a long period of time, and the error after correction can be improved from 55 µm to 18 µm (67%).
B.       Long warm-up time and unstable equipment temperature.
Intelligent constant temperature system for spindle and feed axis reduces the warm-up time from 30 minutes to 8 minutes (70% increase), and the temperature drift≦± 0.7°C.
C.       Unknown energy consumption
Energy calculation and visualization system facilitates real-time energy consumption monitoring, abnormal energy consumption warning, and energy consumption statistical analysis.
