The organizer of TMTS has recently received reports from multiple exhibitors regarding emails sent by unidentified companies (such as Global Outreach Desk), claiming to possess “TMTS 2026 visitor or buyer lists” and offering to sell such contact information for a fee.
The TMTS organizer hereby makes the following official clarification:
TMTS has never authorized any third party to sell, distribute, or provide visitor, buyer, or exhibitor lists.
All TMTS-related registrations, buyer invitations, and data management are handled exclusively through the organizer’s official systems and are strictly protected in accordance with applicable data protection and information security regulations.
So-called “TMTS lists” offered on the market are typically compiled through web scraping or other means from publicly available sources or past event information, and do not originate from TMTS’s official database.
