The organizer of TMTS has recently received reports from multiple exhibitors regarding emails sent by unidentified companies (such as Global Outreach Desk), claiming to possess “TMTS 2026 visitor or buyer lists” and offering to sell such contact information for a fee.
The TMTS organizer hereby makes the following official clarification:
TMTS has never authorized any third party to sell, distribute, or provide visitor, buyer, or exhibitor lists.
All TMTS-related registrations, buyer invitations, and data management are handled exclusively through the organizer’s official systems and are strictly protected in accordance with applicable data protection and information security regulations.
So-called “TMTS lists” offered on the market are typically compiled through web scraping or other means from publicly available sources or past event information, and do not originate from TMTS’s official database.
Common tactics used in these fraudulent emails include:

1. Charging fees under the pretense of having access to “TMTS 2026 visitor lists” or “potential buyer databases.”
2. Requesting payment but failing to deliver any data, or providing lists that are unrelated to TMTS and of extremely poor quality.
3. Directing recipients to click suspicious links, submit company or contact information, or even provide account credentials, thereby posing serious risks to information security and personal data protection.

All exhibitors are strongly advised to remain vigilant and refrain from:

1. Purchasing any lists not officially provided by TMTS.
2. Clicking on unknown links or submitting account details, passwords, or internal company information.
3. Sharing company names, logos, or exhibition-related information with unverified third parties.

If you receive any emails suspected of falsely using the TMTS name to sell lists or engage in other suspicious activities, please forward them to the official TMTS contact window.
