Guide to Exhibit

1、Our Goal

For the development of the industry of machine tools & related equipment, and the business expansion to both domestic and overseas markets.

5、Exhibit Profile

(1) Smart manufacturing: Smart manufacturing system, additive manufacturing, industrial robots, CNC controller and related software (CAD/CAM etc.)
(2) Metalworking Equipment: Metal cutting machines, metal forming machines.
(3) Accessories & Parts: Machine tool accessories, components and parts, hydraulic and pneumatic components, electrical control and drive system, cutting tools, toolholding & workholding devices, tools, measuring systems and quality assurance, other associated machinery and equipment.
(4) Solutions: Provide metalworking equipment users with turnkey plants and production lines.

6、Participation Notes

(1) Domestic Exhibitors:
Exhibitor must be a registered company in Taiwan, and import/export the products shown as above.
(2) Overseas Exhibitors:
Every international company, except from government restricted import area, is welcome to participate either by direct application or through Taiwan agent or distributor.
(3) Additional Considerations:
a. Exhibitor must not change the company name of registration. If any violations occurred, the organizer has the right to terminate its exhibit and refuse its application for next exhibition.
b. Products from the area Taiwan government restricted, and products prohibited by Taiwan government and the organizer, are not permitted to exhibit.
c. False origin marking, trademark counterfeiting and patent infringement are not allowed at the showground.
d. Music, video, pictures or related materials broadcasted on the exhibition platform shall not infringe the intellectual property rights. The organizer may cancel the eligibility of the exhibits and the participation in the exhibition if it is found and requested to improve the situation without success. Fees are non-refundable.
e. The organizer has the right to refuse any company or product inconsistent with the theme of the show.

NOTE:
* The above exhibition fee does not include the construction of digital content for the Virtual Showroom. Exhibitors are required to build the Virtual Showroom by their own or by outsourcing, and upload URLs that support iframes before the designated deadline. .
* Company News Release: Exhibitors shall provide product news and images, and the news release will be posted on www.tmts.tw.
* Information maintenance: Exhibitors can manage company information, and update the latest products and technologies by themselves at any time.

8、Exhibiting Procedure

Oct. 5 ☺ Applications Open
Oct. 6~Nov. 5 ☺ Upon completion of the application, the organizer will conduct an eligibility check.
☺ The payment notice will be sent by email, please make the payment by the due date.
By Nov. 5 ☺ Exhibitors upload digital display materials to the official website.

TERMS AND REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

  1. These regulations are prepared by the Taiwan Machine Tool & Accessory Builders’ Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer")
  2. The Registration Information, the Exhibition Manual and all information derived from the Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "Exhibition Information") shall be considered as part of these Regulations and shall be applicable to the Exhibitors, Joint Exhibitors and their subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "Exhibitors") of the Exhibition.
  3. Exhibitors who have completed their registration are deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this exhibition, and are authorized to use the information provided by them in the official website, exhibition press releases and marketing materials of the Exhibition.
  4. All actions taken by the exhibitors during the exhibition, whether or not they comply with or violate these regulations, shall be recognized, interpreted and enforced by the Organizer and shall not be disputed.
  5. The organizer has the right to plan the exhibitors' display area based on the exhibitors' product categories, actual application and demand; the organizer also has the right to decide whether to accept applications based on the nature of the exhibited products and the exhibitors' past records in the exhibitions held by the organizer.
  6. If any of the following situations occurs, the exhibitor may be disqualified from participating in the exhibition and the exhibition may be suspended without refund if the organizer fails to rectify the situation. If the organizer is involved in a lawsuit or suffers damage as a result, the exhibitor shall be liable for compensation (including but not limited to attorney's fees, court costs, etc.) and shall not dispute.
    1) To participate in the exhibition by using false or fraudulent documents or information or by impersonating others.
    2) Refuse or terminate the authorisation to use the information provided by the exhibitors on the exhibition website, in the exhibition press releases and in the exhibition marketing materials.
    3) Selling, displaying, or advertising an exhibited product at risk of infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
    4) Music, video, pictures or related materials broadcast on the exhibition platform may infringe intellectual property rights.
    5) If a third party submits to the Organizer a letter of settlement, a civil judgment against the Organizer, or a criminal judgment (whether or not the judgment is final) to prove that the exhibited product infringes the exhibitor's rights.
    6) The exhibitor information shown does not match the company information listed in the application form.
    7) Subletting, transferring or participating in the exhibition under the name of a company other than the one registered.
    8) The products to be exhibited are those manufactured, produced or sold in areas where importation is restricted by the government, or those prohibited by the laws.
    9) Exhibited products are not consistent with the theme of the exhibition.
    10) Blank or incomplete exhibit information, or the company's introduction, company LOGO, product introduction, product pictures, and virtual showroom have not been uploaded according to the regulations of the organizer.
  7. The organizer reserves the right to change the date of the exhibition. If the date of the exhibition has to be changed due to natural disasters, epidemics or other force majeure factors, the organizer will not refund the paid fee and will not be responsible for any compensation.
  8. If exhibitors wish to withdraw from the exhibition, they will not be refunded once the exhibition fee is paid.
  9. The Organizer reserves the right to amend any of these rules from time to time.
