Features of FBB Ultra-Precision Grinding Wheels:
1. Exclusive Technology: Based on micron-order abrasive grain uniform dispersion and unique porosity formation technology, the special binder resulting from the reaction of PVA and thermosetting resin gives the grinding wheel a unique composition.
2. Ultra-Precision: The unique elastic design improves the polishing effect compared to manual polishing, resulting in higher dimensional accuracy and reducing edge collapse.
3. High Efficiency: High processing efficiency significantly reduces precision machining time. It can be directly used on grinding machines for automation.
4. Stable and Burn-Free: The unique binder and unique porosity design ensure stable, burn-free results during fine-grain precision grinding, leaving no scratches.
