VC series is especially designed for 3C and mold manufacturing industries. To meet the machining requirements of high speed, high accuracy and high efficiency, 3-axes are equipped with linear guide ways.
The main castings are made of Meehanite grade cast iron and remove the internal stress by heat treatment to ensure the best structural stability and positioning accuracy. And the bed is one-piece casting designed to provide high rigidity and stability. Besides, 3- axis are equipped with ball type linear guide ways to provide quick response and high acceleration and deceleration. We also provide roller type linear guideways as an option to ensure the machine features of high rigidity and low backlash.
