The V6 Compact Automation Solution is a modular and mobile product that can be integrated with lathes, milling machines, or laser machines, offering versatile applications across different machining processes.
It adopts a tray-based stacking system, where various workpieces are placed on trays. The shelves allow for mixed storage of different types of workpieces. With customized positioning designs, the system can be easily paired with a robotic arm, enabling operators to use it flexibly and efficiently.
The V6 Compact Automation Solution features the advantage of extremely short downtime. Operators can perform material replenishment and replacement on the cart before it is moved into the machine, without interrupting continuous automated machining, while also ensuring operator safety.
The V6 is ideally positioned in front of the machine tool. Its movable robotic arm layout facilitates maintenance operations and mold or tooling changes inside the machine.
