ShanHua Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd. manufactures high-pressure thermoplastic hoses compliant with SAE 100R7 and SAE 100R8 standards. A wide range of sizes, colors, configurations, and packaging options are available to meet different application requirements.
The hoses are lightweight—approximately half the weight of traditional rubber hoses—and maintain stable bending characteristics under pressure.
Manufactured with materials providing excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and oil resistance, the hoses also offer good compatibility with various industrial fluids and media. Outer jacket colors can be customized for hose identification and management, and both conductive and non-conductive types are available to enhance operational safety.
