The brand-new product CNC Vertical Complex Grinding Machine SVG-E800 (SVG series), suitable for composite grinding of inner and outer diameters and end faces of various big cylindrical workpieces. Its mechanical structure adopts a double column type design, featuring high rigidity, high precision, high stability, and high efficiency. It is encased in aesthetically pleasing fully enclosed safety covers, and can be equipped with controllers from Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or the latest generation. With its conversational interface, operation is intuitive and easy. The grinding wheel spindle system is HSK-A100, 10000rpm, 18.5/15kw, capable of automatically changing wheel holders, with an ATC device capacity of 6 tools, and a spindle angle positioning system at 0 degrees/22.5 degrees, enabling various grinding processes with just one clamping. The workpiece spindle adopts a hydrostatic system turntable with a diameter of 800mm, maintaining axial movement accuracy <1μm. Models with turntable diameters of 600mm and 1200mm are also available. 1. KGC and KGCP types are suitable for grease NLGI grades 000, 00 and 0.
2. Recommend using a grease gun for filling with lubricant from grease inlet. It can avoid air or impurities dropping into the reservoir.
3. KGC and KGCP types are controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). It can work with CV type Progressive Feeders which can supply fixed volume of grease. CV type Progressive Feeders can assure each of lubrication point has equal amount of grease.
4. Pressure switch can be added on request for checking if the piping works normally. The standard setting is at 60 bars and the standard specification is NC (Normally Closed) contact, which means if the pressure doesn't reach the default setting, it sends continuous signals. NO (Normally Open) contact is available on request.
5. Magnet Level Switch is also an optional accessory that can be added upon request. It sends continuous signal automatically when the grease level is lower than the minimum level.
6. For the first time use, slightly press the Feed button (F button) to feed grease immediately. F button can be used as manually grease feeding for no more than 3 minutes.
7. AC110V and AC220V motors have thermal controls. When the motor temperature reaches 100℃, the sensor will be on to stop the motor continue running about 5 minutes.
8. It has a pressure gauge that the operator can check the pressure easily.
9. It can be used for the machines requiring strictly rationing grease flow. It usually works with rubber or plastic machines, press machines, machine centers, woodworking machines, etc.

1.Vise body is made of High quality Steel (S50C) and its slideways gone through high-frequency hardening to achieve HRC50, which makes the whole part durable.
2.Detachable jaws are made of High quality Tool Steel (SCM440) and gone through carburizing to achieve HRC55. Since both sides are fixed size and able to be used as a datum, users can reverse them to increase clamping range.
3.The vise's clamping force can achieve 1300KG, the repeatability positioning precision of its clamping center is within ±0.02mm.
4.Users can calibrate the clamping center of vise by adjusting the screws on both ends.
5.The 45° dovetail structure with teeth on the upper jaw ensures the bottom of the workpiece to be firmly clamped.
