Features of FBB Ultra-Precision Grinding Wheels:
1. Exclusive Technology: Based on micron-order abrasive grain uniform dispersion and unique porosity formation technology, the special binder resulting from the reaction of PVA and thermosetting resin gives the grinding wheel a unique composition.

Our company has recently introduced the REMOVER diamond wheel dresser from Takakura Kohgyo Co., Ltd. of Japan.
This high-efficiency wheel dresser can complete wheel dressing in a very short time and is compatible with various wheel shapes. Compared with other diamond dressing tools, it offers extremely high cost-effectiveness.

Furthermore, a large ceramics manufacturer in Hsinchu, whose clients process hard and brittle composite materials such as quartz, CIP, slip-cast alumina, zirconium oxide, silicon carbide, tungsten, molybdenum, and titanium, previously used a long strip dresser, which took 45 minutes to dress the wheel. After switching to the REMOVER rotary dresser, the entire dressing process is completed in just 8 minutes. This not only saves 5-6 times the time but also results in a sharper and smoother finish on the diamonds, making them look like new.
