Hainbuch offers an extremely innovative solution here with the new Maxxos T212 mandrel: The Maxxos T212 is a mandrel with a pull-back effect and is therefore ideal for 5-sided machining of the workpiece on both turning and milling centers. Thanks to the hexagonal pyramid shape, the Maxxos mandrel has been developed for maximum accuracy and feed rates. The hexagonal mandrel achieves a significantly higher holding power than the round Mando mandrel and enables up to double the torque transmission and corresponding cutting rates. Hainbuch offers the Maxxos T212 mandrel in 12 sizes for the diameter range 8mm to 200mm. The Maxxos T212 mandrel has no draw bolt. It is therefore ideal for workpieces with blind holes and very short clamping lengths without any loss of clamping length.

The HAINBUCH SYSTEM allows you to clamp 1,000 different workpieces and gives you everything you need for complete machining.
You need only one basic clamping device – a chuck or a stationary chuck that remains on themachine. For O.D., I.D., jaw or magnetic clamping, or clamping between centers you then use adaptations – without having to accept any compromises.
The workpiece defines the adaptation and converts your basic clamping device for the particular application. This incredible solution reduces set-up time substantially, while increasing flexibility and making it possible to easily squeeze in short-term jobs.

The centroteX quick-change system from HAINBUCH drastically minimizes set-up times. Clamping devices can be changed in less than 5 minutes in the M version and in less than 2 minutes in the S version. The quick-change clamping device system consists of a machine adapter that is mounted on the spindle. The clamping device equipped with the adapter counterpart can be replaced with another one in just a few simple steps. The repeat accuracy is less than 0.003 mm at the interface. centroteX makes the user flexible in the use of clamping devices. They only need to be procured once and can then be used across different machines.
