Precise type Image Measurement Machine TIMI100P, TIMI34P Precise type image measuring machine is suitable for the precision measurement of the shaft such as vehicle transmission shaft. With upper and lower center tips on both ends, it will get a more accurate measurement effect. If no center hole on the shaft end, a precision collet can be used instead. TIMI34P precise type machine can measure outer diameter up to 33mm and TIMI90P from 20mm to 100mm. For length measurement, TIMI34P and TIMI90P both can measure up to 300mm. Background of the Application The customer is a design, development and manufacturer of small screws and various shafted screws, which have strict requirements on production speed and quality. In response to the requirements of high-precision quality, we provide a new and quick solution for the customer with the measurement of coaxiality or runout of the screw rod and head. Solution and Features The labeling of position tolerance is more common in the drawing of plate parts or molds. It is rarely marked on the product like screws. In recent years, the manual method of screw assembly has gradually been replaced by the automatic assembly. And the accuracy of the alignment of screws is higher and higher. We introduce TIMI16RZ and 34RZ measuring solution to precisely measure thread position tolerance. Inspector casually and vertically place the screw on TIMI16RZ and 34RZ measuring platform. Select the measured area of the screw head and thread, it will measure the maximum relative runout between the two in 360° scan. That is, the coaxiality of the thread and the screw head can be indicated the position tolerance. Benefits It is necessary to precisely measure the coaxiality of the thread and the screw head. Product Description : Quick and Auto Measurement solution of Trilobular Screw No need to place trilobular screw centered completely, TIMI16RZ /TIMI34RZ system can automatically and accurately measure the C and D value in a 360° scan. Background of the Application The trilobular screw, self-tapping screw, is often used in mechanical or electrical assembly to prevent loosening. Its C and D values are the major inspection items. Over the years, operators manyally use two kinds of micrometers to measure C and D value. The uncertainty of trilobular thread measurement is higher than that of circular thread measurement. In addition to inconvenient manual operation, measurement data recording by hand writing also greatly prolongs the overall operation work. Solution TIMI16RZ and TIMI34RZ telecentric image measuring instrument makes the measurement of trilobular screw easy through rotation measurement. The Inspector casually and vertically places the screw on the measuring platform, then select the measured area of trilobular thread. In a 360° scan, TIMI measuring system will automatically measure the C and D value. If the triangle of the parts is not a regular triangle, the C value measurement will be greatly affected through a V-type micrometer. However, TIMI system can measure accurately C value. Benefits In additional to the measurement of the screws, TIMI system is suitable not only for the common measurement of the screw, but also for C and D value measurement of trilobular screw. Moreover, based on the D values, it can be judged whether the trilobular screw is uniformly symmetrical. In terms of mass production, TIMI measuring solution overcomes the problem that measurement results vary from operator to operator.
