1. KGC and KGCP types are suitable for grease NLGI grades 000, 00 and 0.
2. Recommend using a grease gun for filling with lubricant from grease inlet. It can avoid air or impurities dropping into the reservoir.
3. KGC and KGCP types are controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). It can work with CV type Progressive Feeders which can supply fixed volume of grease. CV type Progressive Feeders can assure each of lubrication point has equal amount of grease.
4. Pressure switch can be added on request for checking if the piping works normally. The standard setting is at 60 bars and the standard specification is NC (Normally Closed) contact, which means if the pressure doesn't reach the default setting, it sends continuous signals. NO (Normally Open) contact is available on request.
5. Magnet Level Switch is also an optional accessory that can be added upon request. It sends continuous signal automatically when the grease level is lower than the minimum level.
6. For the first time use, slightly press the Feed button (F button) to feed grease immediately. F button can be used as manually grease feeding for no more than 3 minutes.
7. AC110V and AC220V motors have thermal controls. When the motor temperature reaches 100℃, the sensor will be on to stop the motor continue running about 5 minutes.
8. It has a pressure gauge that the operator can check the pressure easily.
9. It can be used for the machines requiring strictly rationing grease flow. It usually works with rubber or plastic machines, press machines, machine centers, woodworking machines, etc.

1.The operation and interval time of KGA and KGAP are controlled by PLC.
2.A magnetic level switch can be added to KGA and KGAP on request to detect the grease level automatically.
3.Please refill grease from the grease inlet of KGA and KGAP to prevent air and impurities from entering the grease tank.
4.KGAP has a metal spring inside its grease tank, enabling it to work with thicker grease viscosity NLGI 1 and NLGI 2, while KGA is only available for NLGI 000 to 0.

2.CAB needs to work with a pressure-relief type oil lubricator and discharges oil during the operation time of the lubricator.
3.There are two types of outlet adapters available; one is compression bushing and sleeve (standard type), and another is quick coupling.

Product Description :
1. Fixed amount of oil feeding that can supply the required amount of oil to each lubricating point.
2. There are various choices of discharge volume, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5cc per stroke. The discharge volume of each outlet can be different.
3. Each discharge outlet has a detective piston that can detect if the pipe system works functionally.
4. T type 0.5cc can be assembled either NO (Normal Contact) or NC (Normal Close) Contact sensor switch. It also can be set up as NO or NC Contact upon request. When it is set up as NO Contact, it sends signal during the operation time. When it is set up as NC Contact, it sends signal during the interval time.
5. T type volume distributors accumulate oil inside of the distributor and discharge oil during the interval time.
6. T type volume distributors have to work with oil pressure-relief type lubricators. The lowest operation pressure is 8 kgf/c㎡ and the max pressure is 30 kgf/c㎡.
7. The viscosity range of oil is 32 ~90 cSt @ 40℃.

Product Description :
1. CEN03 type is without timer (also could be controlled by Programmable Logic Controller) and has to work with volume distributors. With CAB or CBB type volume distributor, oil will feed during operation time. With CDB or T type volume distributor, oil will feed during interval time.
2. The discharge volume is fixed. The lubrication points of volume distributor supply a fixed flow of oil.
3. It has a spark-eliminator inside to prevent the sparks producing when the electric current is running. The spark-eliminator can avoid PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) being interfered.
4. CEN03 type has a pressure switch device and been set up as 8kg/cm2, which assures the oil volume of lubrication point and check if the piping works normally. The standard specification is NC (Normal Close) contact, which means if the pressure is abnormal, it will have signal. NO (Normal Open) contact is available on request.
5. It has a float switch that can detect the oil volume. When oil is lower than the minimum level, the float switch will automatically send a continuous signal.
6. It has a pressure gauge where an operator can check the pressure easily.
