Directional seated valves are a type of directional valve. As cone valves they are tightly sealed, with zero leakage in the closed state.
The directional seated valve type ROLV is available as a 3/2, 4/2 or 4/3-way directional seated valve with different plug types. The patented assembly consists of two parts: a round basic valve with the valve inserts, and an adapter plate which can be designed for manifold mounting with nominal size NG 6 as the
standard connection pattern, or for direct pipe connection.
Additional elements such as a check valve, a restrictor (on the consumer side) and/ or restrictor check valves can be integrated, depending on the functional requirement and adapter plate. The type ROLV can be combined in the valve bank type BA with other types of valves.

HiPerSeal®, aka Spring Energized Seal and Teflon Spring Seal, is a U-shaped machined performance polymer that utilizes a single spring energizer to provide force for the sealing lips. The seal jacket is made from PTFE compounds using high-performance polymer fillers to enhance overall spring seal life and wear resistance properties. The system pressure ultimately increases the sealing force and creates a leak tight seal. Because the spring loaded seal utilizes a spring, slight misalignment is tolerated, and the sealing force and jacket wear is more consistent. Spring energizers are available in corrosion resistant metal alloys such as stainless steel, Elgiloy and Hastelloy to meet the most serious corrosive and high temperature applications. Coupling elements of HYDROKOMP are made of stainless materials. This enables the elements to be used for all fluids and gases that are not aggressive. Special designs eg. for water steam or other media are available on request. HYDROKOMP offers coupling elements for two different operating modes depressurized coupling or pressurized coupling. The elements for depressurized coupling can be coupled pressurized up to 25 bar, if the specified volume flow is not be exceeded. When using higher operating pressure there ockures a risk of demaging the soft seal in the check valve as the result of high flow velocities of the fluid. This means for coupling of air up to 10 bar there should be always used the coupling elements for depressurized coupling. This also applies when the coupling process is initiated pressurized. The elements which can be coupled pressurized may be coupled up to the maximum specified operating pressure on one side and / or on both sides.

Typical temperatures range from -60°C to 200°C (-76°F to 390°F), and shaft speeds up to 30 m/s (5,905 fpm) for low pressure applications.

CAPTRON, pioneer of the first capacitive two-hand control system, ensure the highest safety category according to (Cat. 4) and PL e (DIN EN ISO 13849-1). The capacitive "safeCAP" two-hand control allows heavy machinery and systems in automated production plants, such as presses and punches, to be controlled safely and without pressure.
To start the machine the user simultaneously presses two capacitive buttons which are connected to a safety relay. Incorrect or inattentive control using just one hand or with another part of the body is detected by the system and the machine is not started.
CAPTRON supplies the safeCAP two-hand control with additional safety elements such as the Protector or the control desk for tabletop installation. These combinations enhance protection and are certified to DIN EN 574. The dynamically switching SENSORswitches detect interference factors such as dirt, dust or foreign bodies. The switches can be actuated using disposable or work gloves, however.
