The rotary lever clamp is especially suited for clamping fixtures with only little space for the installation of clamping elements. Its construction and compact design allows flexible solutions at various installation conditions. HYDROKOMP offers hydraulic rotary lever clamps which are single-acting as well double-acting. They are used in clamping fixtures whose oil supply is made through drilled channels. To swing down the clamping arm, the linear motion is used pro rata which clamps the workpiece. To unclamp, the clamping arm swings back to where the workpiece can be safely taken out.

ParSave® - Bearing Isolator, is an extension of Parjet PTFE products. It is a sealing device developed to protect the rolling bearings of rotary equipment and can replace traditional lip seals (also known as rubber oil seals). HiPerSeal®, aka Spring Energized Seal and Teflon Spring Seal, is a U-shaped machined performance polymer that utilizes a single spring energizer to provide force for the sealing lips. The seal jacket is made from PTFE compounds using high-performance polymer fillers to enhance overall spring seal life and wear resistance properties. The system pressure ultimately increases the sealing force and creates a leak tight seal. Because the spring loaded seal utilizes a spring, slight misalignment is tolerated, and the sealing force and jacket wear is more consistent. Spring energizers are available in corrosion resistant metal alloys such as stainless steel, Elgiloy and Hastelloy to meet the most serious corrosive and high temperature applications. The volume of the thread-body single acting hydraulic cylinder is small. It can be utilized in a small space in the fixture.

Clamptek’s CLF5H series designed with connecting rod structure which can operate conveniently. CLF5H series can also reduce the interference with loading and unloading operation, because when CLF5H series is in the unclamping state, it’s clamping arm can be put lower than holding position.

Product Description :
Swing clamp cylinders release the clamping point on the workpiece. With this, it is easy to change the workpiece. This hydraulic swing clamp cylinder operates as single-acting or double-acting traction cylinder, whereas part of the stroke is used to rotate the piston. The model with 0° swing angle operates only vertical as traction cylinder.
To guarantee a long lifetime the cylinders have an integrated metal wiper as standard. For oil supply, the cylinders are equipped with threaded port and manifold port with O-ring for drilled channels. You can select between right or left turning models with various standardized swing angles. The integrated overload protection protects the swing mechanism from damage due blockage of the rotation or improper assembly of the clamping arm.
For any risk of exceeding the permitted volume flow a throttle check valve must be interposed into the oil supply line. Counter-hold the clamping arm when tightening or loosening the counter nut in order to prevent torque transfer to the piston rod and to avoid damage to the ball guide. Variations with 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° swing angles are available. The permitted operating pressure is depending from the clamping arm length.
