CAPTRON, pioneer of the first capacitive two-hand control system, ensure the highest safety category according to (Cat. 4) and PL e (DIN EN ISO 13849-1). The capacitive "safeCAP" two-hand control allows heavy machinery and systems in automated production plants, such as presses and punches, to be controlled safely and without pressure.
To start the machine the user simultaneously presses two capacitive buttons which are connected to a safety relay. Incorrect or inattentive control using just one hand or with another part of the body is detected by the system and the machine is not started.
CAPTRON supplies the safeCAP two-hand control with additional safety elements such as the Protector or the control desk for tabletop installation. These combinations enhance protection and are certified to DIN EN 574. The dynamically switching SENSORswitches detect interference factors such as dirt, dust or foreign bodies. PTFE Glide seal sets consists of a PTFE sealing element with a rubber O-ring functioning as elastic energizer. This type of Teflon seal is mainly used to seal reciprocating rods, pistons, and plungers, commonly found in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. The required sealing effect is achieved by radial pressure, produced by the preloaded element and system pressure, on the lip against mating surface. The elastic energizer pushes the PTFE ring against the mating surface which provides the initial sealing force for the PTFE seal.

1. CEN03 type is without timer (also could be controlled by Programmable Logic Controller) and has to work with volume distributors. With CAB or CBB type volume distributor, oil will feed during operation time. With CDB or T type volume distributor, oil will feed during interval time.
2. The discharge volume is fixed. The lubrication points of volume distributor supply a fixed flow of oil.
3. It has a spark-eliminator inside to prevent the sparks producing when the electric current is running. The spark-eliminator can avoid PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) being interfered.
4. CEN03 type has a pressure switch device and been set up as 8kg/cm2, which assures the oil volume of lubrication point and check if the piping works normally. The standard specification is NC (Normal Close) contact, which means if the pressure is abnormal, it will have signal. NO (Normal Open) contact is available on request.
5. It has a float switch that can detect the oil volume. When oil is lower than the minimum level, the float switch will automatically send a continuous signal.
6. It has a pressure gauge where an operator can check the pressure easily.
7. Do not press the force feed-oil (F button) more than three minutes in order to avoid overloading. When the temperature reaches 100℃, the sensor will be on to stop the motor continuing running about 5 minutes.
8. It can be used for the machines requiring strictly rationing oil flow. It is usually used for such as processing machines or projecting machines.

Product Description :
Swing clamp cylinders release the clamping point on the workpiece. With this, it is easy to change the workpiece. This hydraulic swing clamp cylinder operates as single-acting or double-acting traction cylinder, whereas part of the stroke is used to rotate the piston. The model with 0° swing angle operates only vertical as traction cylinder.
To guarantee a long lifetime the cylinders have an integrated metal wiper as standard. For oil supply, the cylinders are equipped with threaded port and manifold port with O-ring for drilled channels. You can select between right or left turning models with various standardized swing angles. The integrated overload protection protects the swing mechanism from damage due blockage of the rotation or improper assembly of the clamping arm.
For any risk of exceeding the permitted volume flow a throttle check valve must be interposed into the oil supply line. Counter-hold the clamping arm when tightening or loosening the counter nut in order to prevent torque transfer to the piston rod and to avoid damage to the ball guide. Variations with 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° swing angles are available. The permitted operating pressure is depending from the clamping arm length.
