Linear Unit QME is a complete and compact linear unit that consists of a linear table with linear ball bearings on hardened shafts and driven by ball- or lead-screw.
QME is available in the sizes 12, 20 and 30 mm. They are delivered ready for installation and thereby saves both design and assembly time. Selectable standard options are bellows, hand wheel, manual screw locking, mechanical position counter as well as double block units with left + right hand drive screws.

Our own manufacturing spindle can fulfill the coolant of axis also inhibit the heat and thermal deformation by using the Germany original OTT HSK-A63 drawbar system. Besides, the oil-air lubricating bearings can stand long-term cutting operation. The spindle, motor power is up to 25KW, speed 18000 RPM, using dualdrive chunk, can be used in vertical machining centers and medium gantry machine.
