The MPD High-Pressure Diaphragm Pump is specially designed for the center cutting coolant systems of metal processing equipment, offering a solution that integrates high pressure, energy efficiency, and eco-friendliness. It can be applied to various cutting fluids and combined with both external spray and high-pressure center cutting coolant systems of machines.
With a maximum pressure of up to 140 bar and a flow rate range from
8 to 55 liters per minute, the pump can be operated at speeds between 300 and
1500 rpm when paired with inverter or servo systems. It is resistant to
contamination, capable of handling different cutting fluids including pure
water, while reducing cutting fluid consumption to support environmental
protection. Featuring a patented cooling circulation design (U.S. Patent No.
11542934), the pump maintains a low operating temperature, which greatly
extends its service life. Its compact size also ensures it does not occupy
machine space, making it an ideal choice for modern machining applications.
