The ASP-LASER Marking series
supports processing on common materials such as metals, engineering plastics,
and organic materials. From text and graphics to barcodes and QR codes, all can
be finely displayed. Its applications span across industries such as electronic
components, machine tool parts, and medical devices. Equipped with a high-speed
galvanometer system, it achieves a marking speed of up to 10,000 mm per second,
significantly improving efficiency while maintaining delicacy and stability.
With both fiber and UV laser sources, it offers tailored marking solutions for
different materials, achieving precise processing results down to 3pt font size
on tungsten carbide surfaces.
Beyond performance, the
ASP-LASER Marking series also emphasizes safety and user experience. The
machine adopts a fully enclosed protective window design, integrated with an
exhaust and dust filtration system to minimize laser leakage and air pollution
risks, ensuring a safer and cleaner working environment. Its compact and
lightweight design allows flexible installation across various production line
layouts.
