Forge Tronic FT
The only electric press for hot metal forging. Particularly suitable for forging brass and Eco Brass fittings and valves, such as bends.
The electrical technology allows total process control, absolute repeatability and burr-free forging.
All axes (upper die and 4 horizontal punches) are driven directly by independent electric motors adjustable in position, speed and torque.
The control system on which it is based makes it to all intents and purposes a CNC machine in which every process parameter is adjustable according to the forged part.
The die-integrated lubrication system allows the lubrication zones to be set in terms of quantity and orientation of the oil jet.
