After becoming frustrated by the existing coolant hose products on the market; all of which suffered from a variety of shortcomings, Arnold Lockwood conceived the idea for the modular hose that became Loc-Line®. The shortcomings of the existing products included, metal coolant hoses that would not stay where they were positioned and plastic hoses with metal positioning rods that broke.
In 1981 Lockwood Products was formed to develop and distribute Loc-Line®. The first products were shipped in August of 1983.
Loc-Line® quickly became the standard for coolant delivery around the world and was easily recognized by our Blue and Orange colors and consistent high quality.
Today Loc-Line® is still the leader in modular hose and continues to innovate in the modular hose field. Two lines and one hard track: Z-axis and Y-axis purchase high-precision line rails, and cooperate with high-precision ball screws, which can make the action smooth without lag; , maintaining accuracy without distortion.
Front and rear transmission speed control: The continuous movement speed of the saddle is driven by AC servo motor to obtain good surface grinding accuracy.

HiPerSeal®, aka Spring Energized Seal and Teflon Spring Seal, is a U-shaped machined performance polymer that utilizes a single spring energizer to provide force for the sealing lips. The seal jacket is made from PTFE compounds using high-performance polymer fillers to enhance overall spring seal life and wear resistance properties. The system pressure ultimately increases the sealing force and creates a leak tight seal. Because the spring loaded seal utilizes a spring, slight misalignment is tolerated, and the sealing force and jacket wear is more consistent. Spring energizers are available in corrosion resistant metal alloys such as stainless steel, Elgiloy and Hastelloy to meet the most serious corrosive and high temperature applications.
