The multi-function machine with B-axis can easy have bevel angle drilling and cutting work. The best torque is 3000Nm, and with curved coupling, it can easily do a heavy cutting job shop work and also curved surface milling. The machine uses special Electro Spindle, which can reach 12000rpm, it is a special machine can do a first mill and end mill in the same machine. The Y-axis design is a perpendicular type, and match with our moving column machine structure, the Y-axis have complete movement. It will not have dead space for the travel. (Y-axis travel /-130mm).

PC F series is designed to produce maximum distillate quality with minimum capital and operating costs. Each model is a compact skid-mounted unit, simple, safe and easy to move. Control is by a PLC, including the functions of feed and discharge, therefore allowing automatic operation and minimum supervision. All models are designed for continuous operation, 24h/day, and require just electrical supply and compressed air.
PC F series evaporators operate in a high vacuum condition, with the boiling chamber pressure set at 5-6 kPa (absolute vacuum), in order to save the thermal energy produced by the heat pump. In this way the boiling temperature of the wastewater is approximately 40°C (104°F) and typical phenomena (scaling, precipitation, corrosion) which may reduce the performance are either eliminated or considerably reduced.

5. MTM-932ADL comes with three intermittent breaking rates for breaking chips :
Choose different feeding rates according to different drill bits and material to perform Auto-feeding operation.
This device can break chips intermittently and discharge them while Auto-feeding is processing, so that chips would not roll on drill bit. Easier to discharge chips.
6. MTM-932ADL comes with three feeding rates for Auto-feeding:
Feeding rates are separately 0, 0.15 and 0.25, please choose suitable rate according to size of drill bit and material of work-piece for drilling.
7. The rotation speed of the MTM-932ADL can be changed quickly during running.
It's very convenient for the operator, and the efficiency is increased accordingly.
