Can you imagine high-quality products without screw connections?
Modern technology cannot do without them as detachable joints. In the industrial
sector, fluid technology, pneumatics and sealing technology are among the fields of
application. In those sectors, often additional functions such as sealing, insulation or
reuse of bolts are required – only to mention a few.
One classic example are adjusting screws on hydraulic components, steering boxes
and fuel injection pumps. For those applications, high-strength screw connections
with reusable bolts and sealing against leakage are essential. We provide the solution
that fulfils those high requirements: the SEAL LOCK® sealing nut. It prevents any
unwanted leaking of gaseous or liquid media. The SEAL LOCK® ring integrated on
the nut helps to achieve reliable sealing inside the thread without the use of
additional elements. It is reliable in two ways because it seals under the head and
inside the thread. Not to mention the easy installation.
The following figures show conventional solutions on the one hand and the
SEAL LOCK® sealing nut on the other hand.

SBL series is designed for all configurations of internal and direct drive spindles. Inner threads, outer skirts, clamping and trailing rims are all precision ground. Coupled with balanced adjustment screws, these locknuts stay perfectly balanced at high speeds. Made of high grade SCM440 alloy steel and hardened to HRC 48°-52°, rigidity and precision at high speeds is given. All locknuts can be fitted with adjustment screw hole screw-in plugs(option), eliminating high frequency noise and subsequent vibration.

1.Vise body is made of High quality Steel (S50C) and its slideways gone through high-frequency hardening to achieve HRC50, which makes the whole part durable.
2.Detachable jaws are made of High quality Tool Steel (SCM440) and gone through carburizing to achieve HRC55. Since both sides are fixed size and able to be used as a datum, users can reverse them to increase clamping range.
3.The vise's clamping force can achieve 1300KG, the repeatability positioning precision of its clamping center is within ±0.02mm.
4.Users can calibrate the clamping center of vise by adjusting the screws on both ends.
5.The 45° dovetail structure with teeth on the upper jaw ensures the bottom of the workpiece to be firmly clamped.
6.Applications: precision machining of four-axis, five-axis, CNC indexing table and vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines.

Directional spool valves are a type of directional valve. They control the direction of
movement and the velocity of single and double-acting hydraulic consumers.
The directional spool valve type CWPN is a 4/3- or 4/2-way directional valve with standard connection pattern NG 6 (CETOP 03). It is directly actuated and a binary
valve.
The directional spool valve type CWPN can be flexibly combined with the common HAWE valve banks and compact hydraulic power packs. It can also be mounted on customer-specific manifolds or sub-plates.
